fat butt friday

i actually feel like writing these posts have not been a waste of my time these last couple of weeks. i have officially been working out on a daily basis for 12 days now!

woo hoo!

not only is it such a boost to my self confidence, i have felt better all over! mackenzie even made mention of the fact that i haven't complained of a headache since i started. i was literally having headaches 3 or more times a week and i have not had a single headache since changing how i eat and working out each day.

i have been doing a combination of different workouts that are usually either jillian michaels or denise austin. i have to change them up because i get bored pretty quickly. as far as food, i have not been counting calories, but have been trying to eat as clean as possible and fill my plate with fruits and veggies.

i am still working with danni by sending each other texts throughout the day to help keep me on track. if you need help staying accountable for what you eat and working out, get yourself a partner, it really does help. if you can't find a partner and need someone to talk to, email me and we can work together.

i weighed myself this morning and have lost 5 pounds in two weeks, so far. 

here are some of the foods i have been eating this week. 

We made kabobs with chicken onions and mushrooms for #dinner with corn on the cob.Corn flakes with blueberries, bananas, and almonds. #breakfast #fruit #food #foodpornWhole grain noodles with broccoli, tomatoes, and cucumbers. And a fruit salad. My trick to make any food better is garlic, cilantro, and cayenne pepper. I put those three things on so much stuff.  #foodporn #food #dinnerI was hungry! #popcorn #food #snackWorked out (that's 9 days in a row now), ate corn flakes with bananas, blueberries, an almonds again this morning, and now having some black coffee.Breakfast for dinner last night.
