i decided to participate in the coffee talk link up with natalie, over at natalie blair blog, an awesome blog i discovered recently and have really been loving. this week is all about food so be sure to stop over and check out natalie's answers to these questions and link your own answers as well.
1. pancakes or waffles?
waffles! i got my first waffle maker two christmas holidays ago and have definitely gotten my grandma's money's worth out of it. i love to top them with fresh fruit and almonds.
2. what is your go to meal?
lately it has been homemade cheeseburgers. i have eaten a cheeseburger at least once a week for month's now...topped with muenster cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a mock guacamole. i had one last night!
3. what is your "must have" snack while watching a movie/tv show?
chips and salsa. i make a fresh batch about once a week and we enjoy it for about two days. it's so good, i can't stop eating it. usually just a regular simple tomato, peppers, garlic, and onions salsa, plus a few secrets, but sometimes i add mango too!
4. what is your guilt food?
any thing chocolate. i don't really eat it when i am sad or lonely but pretty much all the time, and if i have a headache, my body craves it.
5. what kind of food do you eat that is so disgusting to others and you are embarrassed to tell?
i couldn't think of anything so i asked my little family and they told me macaroni and tomatoes. all it is, is a can of diced tomatoes, 2 cups of water, and macaroni noodles cooked on the stove like a "fancy" tomato soup. just like in the photo above.
