just yesterday, someone posted that they were in a food rut and i couldn't help but nod my head in agreement as i read it. we have all been there... cooking the same foods, week after week. suddenly, some of your favorite foods aren't as appealing as they once were. sometimes we even went out to eat because the thought of eating one of my home cooked meals made me cringe. i can make some kick ass homemade spaghetti sauce, but i can still only eat but so much of it before it becomes unappealing.
off and on for the last year or so, we have been using emeals to provide our dinner menu and we love it. LOVE it! i have talked about emeals before, but i just can't sing it's praises enough. every week we are provided with a new menu and a grocery list to print off and take to the store. it can't get any more convenient than that and there are a variety of meal plans available to choose from.
no matter which plan you choose, the meal plans are budget friendly with very few ingredients, and provide a selection of healthy meals you and your family will love. my favorite part is that you won't be purchasing a ton of ingredients that you will only use for one recipe and never again.
one of the most frequent questions i get about emeals is whether i feel it is worth it. we are always looking to get the most for our money when it comes to our grocery budget, and emeals definitely provides quality meals that are no more than the average grocery bill.
so why don't we use emeals every week? because sometimes our children are just in the mood for mom's arsenal of go to recipes. however, we always find our way back to emeals!
want to know more about emeals? head over to their website and check out their sample menus for each of their meal plans and decide which plan is best for you.
emeals not only provides dinner menus, they also have brand new breakfast and lunch plans too! a holiday coming up? be on the lookout for special recipes and menu plans available throughout the year as well.
