my phrase for this year:
stay motivated, be determined, and do it all with purpose.
i also want to work on monthly goals for myself because i feel like breaking it all down into smaller goals each month will help motivate me more as i see myself achieving them. success with short term goals are the baby steps to big goals. my biggest downfall is learning to let go when i make a mistake. that is exactly why i added it as one of my resolutions for this year.
here are my goals for january:
- read 2 books
- workout (at least) 10 times
- drink 32 oz. (or more) of water a day
- try one new thing...anything!
- get a pedicure
