Life Resolutions

Welcome to 2014! I have been looking forward to this opportunity to start fresh and excited about where this year will take us. Of course we don't have to wait for January 1 to start doing anything, but it actually is the very best time for me personally to tackle the "new". That time between January 1 and Spring is the absolute worst time of the year for me emotionally. I get depressed because the holidays are over, I get sick of the cold weather, and I get cabin fever from spending more time inside. It's actually a pretty depressing time of year for me, so setting goals and accomplishing them is a great way to pass the time in a more productive way.

Looking back at my goals every year, I see that many of them are the same year after year. Therefor, I felt that my resolutions weren't just for the new year, they were Life Resolutions. Things I always want to continue to give attention to. Things I always want to be reminded of and improve on. I tweaked them just a little, but they are definitely the same as last year.
